1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-demand periods (holidays, promotions, or special campaigns), processing times may be slightly longer.

Note: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

  • We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by country.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes incurred.

 

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your package through the carrier’s website.

  • If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact support@lovergirlcosmetics.com.

4. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

  • Lover Girl Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Orders shipped to the wrong address may incur additional shipping fees for reshipment.

5. Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:

    • Carrier issues

    • Weather conditions

    • Holidays or high-volume periods

  • We appreciate your patience and will communicate any significant delays promptly.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your package is damaged during shipping or goes missing, please contact us at support@lovergirlcosmetics.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • Include your order number and any photos of damage.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund if appropriate.
