Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During high-demand periods (holidays, promotions, or special campaigns), processing times may be slightly longer.

Note: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your package through the carrier’s website.
If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact support@lovergirlcosmetics.com.

4. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
Lover Girl Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Orders shipped to the wrong address may incur additional shipping fees for reshipment.
